SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY

1. Delivery within Bulgaria

24 DELUXE delivers orders through courier partners:

  • Delivery to address or office – with “Inspection and Try-On” option where available

  • Delivery to parcel locker – without inspection option

  • Box Now – delivery to selected locker with prepaid card payment

For orders containing more than one item, the “Selection” option is not available.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are shipped only after successful telephone confirmation with the customer.
24 DELUXE reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed.

2. Delivery within the European Union

Deliveries are carried out through international courier partners.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Available payment methods vary by country and are displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.

Box Now delivery is available only in selected countries.

All returns from EU countries are processed to the 24 DELUXE address in Bulgaria.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, as well as during weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next working day.

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are usually shipped the same day. In exceptional cases, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

The exact shipping cost and any applicable Cash on Delivery fee are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Free Box Now delivery is available for orders over 80 €.

5. Uncollected or Refused Shipments

In case of an uncollected or refused shipment without exercising the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, 24 DELUXE reserves the right to deduct the incurred shipping and return costs from any refund.

In cases of repeated uncollected shipments, 24 DELUXE reserves the right to:

  • Require prepayment of shipping costs for future orders

  • Restrict the availability of Cash on Delivery payment

6. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (where available for the respective country and after telephone confirmation)

  • Online card payment

  • Box Now – prepaid card payment
